The STARTS Method
Our name comes from a mindset we embraced from the very beginning: “Just start.”
Early on, we told ourselves, “The deeper details can be implemented or changed later.” We believed we didn’t need perfection to begin. We simply needed the courage to take action. That mindset became the foundation of our business philosophy, which we now call the STARTS Method.
STARTS stands for:
Start, Tactical, Action, Rebuild, Transform, Solve
The STARTS Method was designed to keep us ambitious, adaptable, and motivated throughout our mission as we continuously learn and improve.
Start
The beginning stage ideas spark into creation.
Tactical
Turning ideas into reality requires strategy. At this stage, we focus on tactically learning the skills and knowledge needed to move closer to action.
Action
The stage where knowledge is refined into tangible results.
Rebuild
When a plan doesn’t work, it must be rebuilt using the lessons and knowledge gained from experience.
Transform
Expand on the ideas that succeed while reshaping the ones that don’t.
Solve
And finally, the most important stage.
People often ask us, “What’s the deeper meaning behind the extra ‘s’ in Starts?”
To us, solutions don’t happen at the beginning. They are ideas that go through trial and error, reshaped countless times before becoming something that truly works.
The extra “s” is a promise to ourselves; problems that are ignored never have the chance to be solved.
Throughout our journey, we’ve come to realize:
“The best way to make a change is to start.” -Founder of Starts
